Customer Service

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all items to the lower 48 United States . We do not ship to HI, AK, PR or other US protectorates. If you would like an international shipment, you may request a quote via E-mail prior to purchase. Most items are shipped within 24 hours (during the business week) of payment receipt. Your items will be professionally packed using high quality packing materials by our shipping department. International shipping may require an additional shipping fee.
Local Pickups: Appointments must be scheduled to pick items up at our location, call 972-487-6800. There is a five dollar pickup fee associated with local pickups. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm. Payments are to be made in office for local pickup items, you will receive a receipt for purchase and a copy of the invoice.

Privacy & Security
All information obtained for shipping and billing is kept in house and secure. We share no information with third parties nor do we sell customer information. 

Returns & Replacements
Every working used item comes with a free 45 day warranty unless labeled as AS-IS* or "For Parts & Repair"*. In order to qualify for refund, the returned item must be: identified as our property, unaltered, physically intact, undamaged due to intent or neglect, and complete with all components and accessories originally sold with the item. Upon receipt you will receive verification of return. Please allow time needed to properly test and identify the problem. Once an item has been tested to be non-working, it will be directly replaced. If no direct replacement can be found, you will have the option to accept a similar replacement, or refund. If the item is tested,and appears to be in its original working condition, the item will be returned to the buyer and no credit or exchange will be permitted. Please note that we are not required to protect against incompatibilty with any other items, or "buyers remorse"

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
    • Credit Card Payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express via our easy to use secure server, just click the checkout icon or call to pay by phone at 972-487-6800.
    • Money Orders & Checks: We accept most money orders and checks but payment must be recieved before the item can be processed and shipped.

    • Paypal: Paypal users must checkout using our secure checkout system, you will be linked to the paypal site after to complete the process. Paypal can be used for local pickups as long as the payment has been made in advance and a confirmation number must be precented at time of pickup.
    • Taxes: Texas residents must add 8.25% Sales Tax. Texas sales tax is calculated on the entire amount including shipping and handling as required by Texas law. Seller is not in any way responsible for VAT Taxes or Duty. If you are tax exempt, please let us know before paying for your item so that we may collect the proper forms and deduct the taxes!
Returns and RMA's

Returns:Most items carry a 45 day warranty period, unless specified as AS-IS*, or "Parts and Repair"*. Items that experience problems within those 45 days must be reported and returned to us prior to the end of the 45 day period. In order to report any issue with your item, please send an email message to our Customer Service Department. We do not accept requests for RMA via telephone and the RMA can only be issued to the purchaser of the item. In most cases, we will request a tech phone call to diagnose the issue over the phone before an RMA is issued. Please note that we reserve the right not to accept returns if the product appears to of been tampeared with or altered. 45 days after sale, all sales are final.

In the event that a return is required, we will test and diagnose the item. If we find the item is defective, we will attempt to repair or replace the item. If we are unable to repair or replace the item, a merchandise credit or refund of the item cost will be issued. If our testing shows the item to be functional and as described, the item will be returned to you at your expense or a merchandise credit (no restocking fee) or a refund (less a 20% restocking fee) will be issued.

RMA Numbers: No returns will be accepted without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). RMA numbers are valid only for 10 days within which our warehouse must receive the returned merchandise. After the ten days is expired, RMA numbers will not be reissued or extended. Items damaged due to inadequate packaging are not covered by warranty. Make sure you have adequate insurance on the product to cover its value before shipping. Make sure that the RMA number is plainly visible on the outside of the package you are sending. Receiving may not process any packages without RMA numbers visible on the outside of the package is labeled as an RMA. Prior to processing the RMA, we will inspect and verify the merchandise according to the problem description(s). Erecycler LLC reserves the right to reject merchandise that has been tampered with or received in poor condition due to improper packaging. Items that test good according to the sales specification will be returned.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping charges to return a item. We will ship items back to you at our expense. In the unlikely event that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund made once the item is safely returned intact.


Updating Account Information
You may update your account information at anytime eather through our website or by calling us. Please be sure that your mailing information is correct as we are not responsible for items mailed to the wrong address if we mail it to the address you provided.


*If an item is listed "AS-IS", or "Parts & Repair" this means the item is being sold with no warranty. No refunds, exchanges or other assistance will be given for these items under any circumstances. These products may be untested and may be non-functional or broken. We state all known problems with items that are sold. However, there may be problems that we are not aware of or simply did not know to look for. Please be prepared for this risk prior to purchasing. We do not warrant that these items are working, 100% complete, or fit for use.
