This is an uninterruptible power supply from APC, model BX1500M. It is in good physical and working condition. It was tested to power on, charge up a test battery, provide power from battery when power was cut, and it provided power through all the outlets. No further testing done.
The batteries are not included with this device. You will need to install your own batteries, but the battery harness and wires are included. The UPS comes exactly as pictured and described. No outside accessories are included.
