What the listing allows
- Standard listings: returns within 14 days of delivery, unless that listing is marked parts, repair, freight, final sale, or no returns.
- Parts, repair, salvage, and as-is listings: no returns, unless eBay requires one.
- Freight, oversized, heavy, and buyer-arranged shipping: no returns, unless eBay requires one. Confirm that you can receive the shipment before you buy.

Contact us before you ship a return
Most of what we sell is used, surplus, refurbished, or end-of-life electronics. For a website order, email webinfo@erecycler.net with:
- Order number
- Product title
- SKU
- A short description of the problem
If it arrived damaged or does not match the listing, include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
We reply with the next step before you pay for a return shipment. Do not send the item to 3902 Cavalier Dr until that reply tells you to.
