These terms apply to purchases made on erecycleronline.com from eRecycler Online, 3902 Cavalier Dr, Garland, TX 75042. Placing an order means you accept them.
Used equipment
Most items we sell are used, surplus, refurbished, or end-of-life electronics. Each listing states the condition and shows photos of the actual unit. Read the description and review all photos before you buy. Items include only what is shown or specifically stated in the listing.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Inventory is shared with our eBay store and other sales channels. If an item you ordered has already sold elsewhere, or a listing contains an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and refund the order in full.
Payment
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. Payment is captured when the order is placed. Card details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on this site.
Shipping
Orders ship from Garland, Texas. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If a package arrives damaged or the item does not match the listing, contact us promptly with photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
Sales tax
Texas sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Texas addresses. Tax-exempt buyers should contact us before ordering so the exemption can be applied to the account.
Returns
The listing is the return rule. Standard listings can be returned within 14 days of delivery unless the listing is marked parts, repair, freight, final sale, or no returns. Parts, repair, salvage, as-is, and freight listings are not returnable unless eBay requires it. Warranty and liability
Items are sold as described in their listing. Unless a listing states otherwise, no other warranty is given, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

You can check out as a guest or create an account. We use your order details to process, ship, and support your order and to answer your questions. We do not sell customer information.
