If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products is 15 days.

Restocking fees:

All items we sell will have a %15 restocking fee if returned.

Return in store

You may return any item purchased on at our store. For faster return processing, please bring your packing slip (if you received one), or your receipt, the credit card used to make your purchase, and a valid photo ID to 11067 Petal St. Dallas TX 75238

Return by mail via the carrier of your choice

If you received a packing slip, place the return form portion of it in the box with your return. If you did not receive a packing slip, you may get a pre-populated return form by looking up your order. Put the return label on the package, add postage and mail it via the carrier of your choice.

Use our prepaid return label

Pay nothing up front. Contact us via email for a prepaid shipping label. Include the packing slip with your return. Put the prepaid return label on the package and take it to an authorized UPS or USPS drop-off location. The return shipping paid may be deducted from your refund.

Refund method and timing:

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 2–3 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
If you paid more than $800 in cash or more than $250 by check or by a debit card without a major credit card logo, we will refund you by check within 10 business days.

If you return an item using a prepaid method from our Online Returns Center, and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is the result of our error, we’ll refund return shipping costs as well.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us by phone immediately 972-487-6800. You will need to keep the item and all shipping materials together to start the claims process. Photos of the damaged item are very helpful to the process.
Final sale and nonreturnable items
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include items returned that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition.
