Standard listings
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, unless that listing is marked parts, repair, freight, final sale, or no returns.
Parts and freight
Parts, repair, salvage, and as-is listings are not returnable unless eBay requires it. Freight, oversized, heavy, and buyer-arranged-shipping listings are not returnable unless eBay requires it. Confirm that you can receive a freight shipment before you buy.
Shipping cost
The buyer pays shipping unless the listing says shipping is free.
How to start a return
Contact us before you ship anything back. Include the order number or eBay item number, the product title, the SKU, and a short description of the problem. If the item arrived damaged or does not match the listing, include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label.
