eBay shipment
Tracking for an eBay purchase stays in eBay messages. Emailing the website does not update that eBay thread.
Where it ships from
Website orders ship from the warehouse at 3902 Cavalier Dr, Garland, TX 75042. The shipping charge is calculated from the weight of the order and shown at checkout before you pay.
Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are quoted separately at checkout.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email when the order ships. You can also enter the order number and the billing email on the Track Order page. The order number is the one from the confirmation email.
If the confirmation arrived and the tracking mail has not, email webinfo@erecycler.net with the order number. Tracking is sent when the order ships, not when the order is placed.
Local pickup
Pickup in Garland is by arrangement. Call 972-487-6800 from 8 AM to 4 PM Central, Monday through Friday, before coming to the warehouse.
Damaged in transit
If the carton arrives damaged, or the item does not match the listing, do not throw out the packaging. Photograph the item, the packaging, and the shipping label, then follow Returns and damage.
