It was tested to boot and navigate BIOS. It was tested to boot into a live USB and it is fully functional. All ports were tested to work properly.
The screen has a very minor scratches but it is in overall good condition. The exterior has moderate wear and tear but it is in overall good physical condition, but shows some signs of previous use. The stand is in a good shape but has a minor scratches. The Dell OptiPlex 7460 doesn’t have a built-in webcam. Dell OptiPlex 7460 AIO comes with power cable only, Keyboard and other outside accessories are not included. It doesn’t come with hard drive and You must install your own operating system.
