It was tested to boot and navigate BIOS. It was tested to boot into a live USB and it is fully functional. All ports were tested to work properly.
The screen is in good condition and was tested to display a crisp vivid image. The exterior is in overall good physical condition, but shows some signs of previous use. The Dell Optiplex 9030 AIO comes with power cable only. The Dell OptiPlex does not come with a Keyboard and other outside accessories are not included. You must install your own operating system.
