The drill and flashlight was tested to work using one of the batteries. The bit holder is still sealed with the bits. It is the Hitachi DS18DVF3 combo kit comes with the flash light, battery charger, bit holder with 6 bits and and extension, an additional extended Philips bit, two batteries, and the drill. The case has a crack on the bottom.
