eBay order
Open the item in eBay and send a message there. Website email does not land on an eBay order. The eBay purchase will not appear in a website account.
Website order
You can check out as a guest. An account shows past orders and keeps the address for next time. The order number is in the confirmation email and on the receipt.
Email webinfo@erecycler.net and include:
- Order number
- SKU
- Product title
- What you need us to do
Payment
Website orders take credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Payment is captured when the order is placed. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored on this site.
A business buyer who needs a different payment method has to arrange it before the order. Use Bulk and business buying.
The item already sold
The website and the eBay store share one warehouse. If an item you ordered has already sold on the other channel, or a listing has an obvious pricing error, we contact you and refund the order in full.
